Wir sind ein VC-finanziertes Startup aus Deutschland mit ca. 20 Mitarbeitern. Unser Produkt Privatemode AI ist das weltweit erste KI-SaaS, das Daten auch während der Verarbeitung verschlüsselt hält. Damit liefern wir eine souveräne und vertrauenswürdige Alternative zu ChatGPT. Das Produkt bedient damit eine große Marktlücke und hat bereits wenige Monate nach dem Start eine stark steigende Anzahl von Kunden und eine spannende Pipeline.

Wir suchen einen Head of Marketing, einen strategisch denkenden, pragmatisch handelnden Generalisten, der unsere Go-to-Market-Aktivitäten verantwortet und unser Wachstum weiter fördert.

Für dich bietet sich hier die seltene Möglichkeit, früh bei einem bahnbrechenden KI-Produkt dabei zu sein.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist verantwortlich für alle Marketingaktivitäten, insbesondere:

Entwicklung und Schärfung unserer Positionierung
Aufbau und Umsetzung einer Content-Strategie
Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung von Demand-Gen-Kampagnen
Aufbau und Pflege von Marketing-Operations (CRM, E-Mail-Flows, Landing Pages etc.)
Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern
Aufbau eines Reportings und Tracking von KPIs

Dabei leitest du vom Start weg ein kleines Team und arbeitest bei vielen Themen eng mit unserem Leadership-Team zusammen.

Dein Profil

Breites Generalisten-Profil mit Stärken in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche: Content, Demand Gen, Produktmarketing, SEO
Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte zu vermitteln
Erfahrung im Early-Stage-Umfeld, idealerweise beim Aufbau von "0 to 1" oder "1 to 10"
Praktische Erfahrung mit Tools wie HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads etc.
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Hands-on-Mentalität und Lernbereitschaft
Bereitschaft, zunächst häufig allein verantwortlich zu sein und das Team später auszubauen
Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

Hi there, we are Edgeless Systems

We’re a VC-funded startup based in Germany with around 20 team members. Our product, Privatemode AI, is the world’s first AI SaaS that keeps data encrypted even during processing. This makes it a sovereign and trustworthy alternative to ChatGPT. The product addresses a major market gap and, just a few months after launch, already has a rapidly growing customer base and a strong pipeline.

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing, a strategically minded, hands-on generalist who will own our go-to-market efforts and help drive the next phase of our growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious AI company at an early stage and help shape the trajectory of a breakthrough product.

Your mission

You will be responsible for all marketing activities, including:

Developing and refining our positioning
Building and executing a content strategy
Planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation campaigns
Setting up and managing marketing operations (CRM, email flows, landing pages, etc.)
Managing external service providers
Establishing reporting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)

From day one, you’ll lead a small team and work closely with our leadership team across many areas.

Your profile

Broad generalist profile with strengths in at least two of the following areas: content, demand generation, product marketing, SEO
Ability to communicate technical content effectively
Experience in an early-stage environment, ideally helping to build from "0 to 1" or "1 to 10"
Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
High level of initiative, a hands-on mindset, and eagerness to learn
Willingness to take full ownership initially and build out the team over time
Excellent command of both English and German
