Unser neuestes Produkt Privatemode AI ist das weltweit erste KI-SaaS, das Daten auch während der Verarbeitung verschlüsselt hält. Damit liefern wir eine souveräne und vertrauenswürdige Alternative zu ChatGPT.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstütze uns dabei, großartige Events zu gestalten! Als Werkstudent*in im Bereich Eventmanagement übernimmst du eine praktische Rolle bei der Durchführung unserer Events. Du bist eng in die Organisation, Planung und Koordination der Logistik eingebunden, mit besonderem Fokus auf dem Event-Aufbau.

Hilf dabei, die Botschaft für unsere Messestände auf Branchenmessen zu entwickeln, abgestimmt auf unsere Marke und unsere Schwerpunkte.
Unterstütze die Event-Logistik von der Registrierung bis hin zur Onsite-Betreuung, und stelle einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
Organisiere die für die Events benötigten Materialien, z.B. Beschilderung, Banner, Merchandise.
Arbeite eng mit dem Sales-Team zusammen, das in der Regel den Messestand betreut.
Sorge bei Teilnehmern und Sprechern auf unseren Konferenzen, Webinaren und Meetups für einen glatten Ablauf und eine tolle Erfahrung.

Dein Profil

Du lebst Berlin und könntest nach Bedarf auch im Büro arbeiten oder an Konferenzen vor Ort teilzunehmen (flexibel nach deinen Bedürfnissen).
Du studierst derzeit Marketing, Wirtschaft oder ein verwandtes Fachgebiet.
Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Eventorganisation, insbesondere bei praktischen Aufgaben wie dem Aufbau von Messeständen oder der Logistik.
Du interessierst dich für Cloud, KI und verwandten Technologien.
Du bist detailorientiert, und gut organisiert.
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch.
Verfügbarkeit sofort wäre von Vorteil.

Your mission

Join us in creating great events! As a working student in event marketing and coordination, you’ll take a hands-on role in executing our events. You’ll be involved in organizing, planning, and coordinating logistics, with a special focus on event set-up.

Help craft the messaging for our booths at industry fairs to ensure they align with our brand and key focus areas.
Assist in coordinating event logistics, from registration to on-site support, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Organize materials needed for events, including signage and promotional materials.
Work closely with the sales team, who usually staffs the booth, to align on strategy.
Ensure everything runs smoothly for attendees and speakers at our conferences, webinars, and meetups.

Your profile

You are based in Berlin and are open to coming to the office or attending conferences on-site (flexible based on your needs).
You are preferably currently studying marketing, business, or a related field.
You have prior experience in event organization, especially with hands-on tasks like booth setup or logistics.
You have an interest in cloud, AI, and related technologies.
You are detail-oriented, and well organized.
You have excellent communication skills in English, and at least B2 in German.
Availability to start immediately is preferred.
