We are a German cybersecurity startup developing world-leading software for confidential computing. Our technology enables data to be protected even during processing for the first time. This addresses key data security challenges for cloud, SaaS, and GenAI services. Our product, Continuum AI, is the first GenAI service where all data is protected at all times.

Our clients include large U.S. banks as well as well-known tech companies. In Germany, our software is already protecting the nationwide electronic patient record.

We are a high-performing team of about 20 employees. We are VC-funded, with investors including the Swiss stock exchange and renowned funds.
Your mission
As the Marketing Lead, you will work closely with our leadership team and spearhead our marketing presence whilst being hands on (we are still small).
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy for Edgeless Systems. Lead, mentor, and grow a tight-knit marketing team. 
  • Craft precise product messaging for use on the website, events, ads, etc. Work with PR to further promote key company messages. 
  • Coordinate with design and engineering to develop and optimize the Edgeless Systems website for conversions. Activities may include A/B testing, SEO, copywriting. 
  • Build a robust pipeline for sales through content marketing, events, webinars, and digital campaigns. 
  • Provide visibility into marketing effectiveness through data-driven decision making. 
  • Manage and oversee the annual marketing budget. 
  • Build visibility for confidential computing in the healthcare, public sector, and AI space. 
  • Adapt marketing strategies for international markets — feel comfortable marketing to German, EU, global companies.
Your profile
  • Proven experience in building an effective marketing funnel and managing a team 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both in English and German (minimum C1) 
  • Expertise in the German-speaking market is a must have. International marketing experience is a big plus. 
  • Extensive experience & a passion for B2B marketing for complex technical products 
  • Curious or experienced with for software, cloud and cybersecurity 
  • A strategic and analytical thinker 
  • A knack for writing concise, compelling copy is a big plus
