We are a top German venture-backed cybersecurity startup, leading in the emerging field of Confidential Computing. With our cloud platform Constellation, companies across industries ensure that data stays always encrypted - hackers, cloud admins and foreign governments can never get access. In 2023, we closed our 5 million seed funding round with outstanding investors and are onboarding large customers.

Your mission

As a Founders' Associate, you will work closely with our leadership team to adjust and steer our strategy and push special projects forward:

Go-to-market strategy and execution
Support business development and marketing activities
Finances, including investor relations and fundraising
Support with high-priority projects
Support with recruiting

Your profile

Ideally, you are a future entrepreneur and have the following traits and qualifications:

Entrepreneurial mindset, drive and a strong hands-on attitude
Intelligence and creativity
Excellent communication skills, both in English and German
Strong affinity for software, cloud and cybersecurity
Relevant educational background (e.g., very good business degree from a top university)
Relevant professional experience is a plus (e.g., venture capital, strategy consulting or startup)

Deine Aufgaben

Als Founders' Associate wirst Du eng mit unserem Führungsteam zusammenarbeiten, um unsere Strategie anzupassen, zu steuern und Sonderprojekte voranzutreiben:

Go-to-Market - Strategie und Umsetzung
Pflege und Entwicklung des zentralen Business Case
Unterstützung von Geschäftsentwicklung und Marketingaktivitäten
Finanzen, einschließlich Investor Relations und Fundraising
Teilnahme an der strategischen Zielsetzung
Unterstützung bei kritischen hochprioritären Projekten

Dein Profil

Idealerweise bist Du selbst ein zukünftiger Unternehmer und verfügst über folgende Eigenschaften und Qualifikationen:

Unternehmerisches Denken, Tatkraft und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
Intelligenz und Kreativität
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowohl in englischer als auch in deutscher Sprache
Starke Affinität zu Software, Cloud und Cybersicherheit
Einschlägiger Bildungshintergrund (z.B. sehr guter betriebswirtschaftlicher Abschluss an einer Top-Universität)
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil (z. B. in den Bereichen Risikokapital, Strategieberatung oder Start-up)
